The Conference Venue is at the Crowne Plaza Brussels hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of Brussels, with public transport access on the doorstep. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the North Station, 12 minutes from Midi station (Thalys, Eurostar) and 12 km from Brussels Airport. The European commission and European Parliament are situated at 10 minutes and the NATO headquarters at 10 km. It is walking distance from the Grand Place and the historical centre and is situated next to one of the most popular shopping areas.A registration desk at the Conference Venue will be available on March 30, 2014 from 16h00 to 20h00. The registration desk will remain available during the two conference days. The Crown Plaza Hotel will officially open its doors at 7.30 am on the 31st of March to allow for the remaining participants to register and acquire their badges.

The Forum Secretariat will use the information provided in the credentials to generate both meeting badges and the List of Participants. Please note that only those individuals whose names appear on credentials will be issued with a badge. Access to the Forum venue and to the meeting rooms will be restricted to persons wearing badges. Due to strict security measures, wearing badges is compulsory.
